Our room management systems - Evoko provide an easy and intuitive way to book meeting rooms integrating with Outlook. The Evoko booking systems can be custom integrated a step further into MS Exchange allowing the management of room catering, car parking, hot desking, AV equipment all from within an Outlook Interface.

Book and manage meeting rooms using the touch screen interface via your Outlook exchange calendar system or over the web. Evoko offers support for Microsoft’s ”Cloud”-application, MS Office 365, and Outlook Web Access.

Manage meeting rooms via the touch screen, web, or using Outlook and Lotus Notes email clients. Powered over Ethernet Room Wizard even keeps track of space utilization with a database that measures and reports reservation patterns.
